What bubble hash describes
Water and mechanical separation are used to collect resin glands from plant material. The resulting product can vary in how much other material remains. This overview describes the product family; it is not a home extraction guide.
Why full melt is a useful distinction
A product described as full melt is intended to distinguish material that melts more completely from grades with more residue. The description is not a universal laboratory certification. A star rating or similar grade should be read in the context of the producer’s own explanation.
Not every hash product is device-compatible
Do not transfer the full-melt entry in a temperature chart to every product labeled “hash.” Traditional pressed hash, dry sift, and different bubble hash grades are not interchangeable device inputs. Check the exact product and your equipment’s compatibility list. A familiar name does not override a manual.
Residue is not an instruction to add heat
Remaining material can reflect the product category as well as the device. Trying to burn through it is not a reliable compatibility test. Stop, allow equipment to cool, and use the maker’s approved cleaning guidance. Ask the supplier to clarify an ambiguous grade or intended use.
Keep the evidence with the product
Retain the label and batch details, especially when a product has been moved into a storage container. Avoid relying on a photo or a remembered rating. Clear identification helps prevent a general category from being mistaken for a specific device-compatible product.
